Dietetics Service

What is a Dietitian?

An Accredited Practising Dietitian provides expert individual nutritional and dietary advice. Dietitians use the latest evidence to help nourish the body and manage health conditions.

A Dietitian helps people understand the relationship between food and health, enabling them to make informed decisions around their food choices.  This includes giving tailored strategies and tools to support them to get the most out of their lifestyle.
