Home Care Packages
The Home Care Package Program is funded by the Commonwealth Government. Home Care Packages aim to allow older people to remain living in their own home for longer, by providing a range of ongoing services to assist with day to day activities.
Prior to being eligible for a home care package you need to have an Aged Care Assessment and receive approval. Once your Home Care package is approved and funded you will receive a letter from the Commonwealth Government advising you to find a home care package provider.
